Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hilton is seeking a motivated and experienced Live Chat Officer to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Providing accurate information about Hilton products, services, and promotions - Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and feedback

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing situations - Creativity and critical thinking skills - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
