Job Description - Account Support Assistant

Job Description:


We are seeking a confident and reliable Account Support Assistant to join our team at PwC Nigeria in Ibadan, NG. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in account support and administration.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers with day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining client records. 2. Prepare financial reports and presentations for client meetings. 3. Support in tracking expenses, invoices, and payments. 4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members to ensure smooth operations. 5. Assist in strategic planning and implementation of account management strategies. 6. Collaborate with team members to identify areas of improvement and implement solutions. 7. Provide general administrative support to the account management team as needed.


Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable individual with a strong work ethic. 2. Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively. 3. Basic understanding of strategic planning and account management. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 7. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
