Remote Account Support Assistant

Job Description:

Tropical General Investments is seeking a passionate and dedicated Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Lagos, NG. This part-time entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in account support while working remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to account managers in maintaining client relationships and managing accounts 2. Assist with client onboarding and account setup processes 3. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information 4. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth 6. Manage accounts receivable and payable processes 7. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: 1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic accounting software 5. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred 7. Passion for account management and dedication to providing exceptional service
