Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


SLB is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your home in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing support to our account management team and ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts.


Responsibilities: - Assist account managers with client communications, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor account activity and report any anomalies or discrepancies to management - Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and files - Participate in team meetings and contribute new ideas for improving processes and customer satisfaction - Provide general support to the account management team as needed


Requirements: - Hardworking and resilient personality traits - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to cooperate effectively with team members and clients - Innovative problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
