Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Seplat Petroleum Development is seeking a dedicated Account Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of working from home in Lagos, NG. We are looking for an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, passionate, creative, and have excellent research skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the account management team - Assist in preparing account reports and presentations - Conduct market research and analysis to support account strategies - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless account operations - Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Assist in creating and maintaining client databases - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve account goals - Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the account manager

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 3+ years of experience in account support or related roles - Strong organizational and communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred
