Job Description - Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Interswitch Group is seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Account Support Assistant to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This position offers the flexibility of working from home on a part-time basis, making it ideal for individuals looking to balance work and personal commitments.


Responsibilities: - Assist with the management of client accounts, including processing payments, resolving account issues, and maintaining accurate records - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address their needs and provide support - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Conduct data analysis to identify trends and make recommendations for improving account performance - Assist in the planning and execution of account management strategies and initiatives - Support the Account Manager in developing and implementing account-specific plans to achieve business objectives


Requirements: - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing work environment
