Remote Account Support Associate

Unilever Nigeria is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Port Harcourt. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in account support or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to key accounts, assisting with order processing, issue resolution, and overall customer satisfaction. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of customer requests. 4. Analyze account data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies to drive sales and increase profitability. 6. Address customer inquiries and concerns with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. 7. Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management.
