Job Description:
As an Account Support Associate at KPMG Nigeria in Ibadan, you will be responsible for providing support to the account management team in overseeing client accounts and ensuring the successful delivery of services. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers in maintaining client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. 2. Support the preparation of client proposals, contracts, and presentations. 3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities. 4. Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients. 6. Prepare regular reports on account activities, sales data, and client feedback. 7. Support the coordination of client meetings, events, and conferences. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong analytical skills and the ability to present data effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Resilient and adaptable to changing work environments. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Previous experience in account management or customer service is a plus.
