Job Description - Account Support Associate - Work from home

As an Account Support Associate at Paylater, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working remotely from your home in Port Harcourt. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, resourceful, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat. 2. Help customers navigate through our platform and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter. 3. Process account requests, such as setting up new accounts, updating customer information, and processing payments. 4. Analyze customer data and provide insights to improve overall customer experience. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. 6. Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in using basic computer programs and CRM systems. 6. Ability to work remotely and maintain a productive work environment.
