Job Description: UBA Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of remote customer accounts and ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with remote clients, serving as their main point of contact - Understand the needs and requirements of each client to provide tailored support and guidance - Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients - Monitor account health and performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management - Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client support and service delivery
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in account management or customer support roles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Independent and confident personality traits - Soft skills in presentation and persuasion - Ability to work remotely and manage multiple accounts simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Flexibility to work part-time hours and overtime as needed
