Job Description - Account Support Manager

MainOne is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Account Support Manager to join our team in Ibadan, Nigeria. As a mid-to-senior level position, this role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers. 4. Provide technical support and assistance to customers as needed. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers. 6. Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 7. Prepare regular reports on account performance and present them to senior management. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve customers.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 8 years in the telecommunications industry. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Hardworking and resourceful personality traits are a must. 7. Soft skills in presentation and cooperation are preferred. 8. Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings or events.
