Remote Account Support Manager

Job Description:

Seplat Petroleum Development is seeking a Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Abuja, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or related field. The ideal candidate will be hardworking and driven, with strong leadership and planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for account growth and retention - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, serving as their main point of contact - Analyze account performance metrics and provide reports to management - Assist with the development of account strategies and new business proposals - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in account management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in account management or related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
