Job Description - Account Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Account Support Manager to join our team at DHL in Abuja, NG. This is a part-time position with opportunities for remote work. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent cooperation and people management skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and support key client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services - Analyze account data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement account plans to drive growth and retention - Provide support and assistance to clients as needed, addressing any issues or concerns promptly - Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed customer expectations - Participate in regular meetings and check-ins with clients and internal stakeholders - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service delivery


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 8+ years of experience in account management or client services - Proven track record of successful account management and revenue growth - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus - Ability to travel occasionally for in-person meetings
