Account Support Officer

Job Description:

Globacom, a leading telecommunications company in Lagos, NG is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Account Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the Accounts team in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and internal use. 4. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and communication. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients. 7. Assist in developing strategies to grow and retain client accounts.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and driven individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
