Union Bank of Nigeria is seeking a passionate and confident individual to join our team as an Account Support Representative in Lagos. As an Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their account-related inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Assist customers with account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Educate customers on the bank's products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Innovative mindset and willingness to research new solutions
