Job Description - Account Support Specialist

Job Description: Airtel Nigeria is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Specialist to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time entry-level position will provide essential support to our account management team and ensure the smooth operations of our client accounts.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist account managers in preparing and analyzing client reports and presentations. 2. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients. 4. Monitor and track client account activities to identify any potential opportunities or risks. 5. Assist in the development and implementation of account strategies to meet client objectives. 6. Support account managers in preparing and organizing client meetings and presentations. 7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 5. Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude. 6. Strong presentation and decision-making skills.
