Remote Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

Tropical General Investments is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual with strong decision-making and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide account support to clients remotely, including answering inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with account management tasks. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of efforts. - Analyze data and provide insights to improve client experience and drive business growth. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote long-term partnerships and client retention. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide top-notch support to clients.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in account support or a similar role. - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Knowledge of accounting principles and financial services is a plus.
