Job Description:
Unilever Nigeria is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote support to account managers in managing client accounts - Assist with preparing reports and presentations for client meetings - Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities - Help with order processing and inventory management - Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met
Requirements: - Dedicated and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent planning skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Experience working in a remote setting is a plus
