Job Description:
As an Account Support Specialist at Kuda Bank, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers with their account-related inquiries and concerns. This part-time entry-level position will require you to be dedicated and hardworking, with a knack for problem-solving and excellent presentation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to account inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assisting customers with account openings, closures, and maintenance. 3. Resolving account-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Educating customers on our products and services to drive retention and satisfaction. 6.
