Account Support Specialist

Job Description:

As an Account Support Specialist at Kuda Bank, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers with their account-related inquiries and concerns. This part-time entry-level position will require you to be dedicated and hardworking, with a knack for problem-solving and excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to account inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assisting customers with account openings, closures, and maintenance. 3. Resolving account-related issues and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Educating customers on our products and services to drive retention and satisfaction. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. No prior experience required – training will be provided. 7. Must be hardworking and dedicated, with a passion for customer service. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
