Job Description:
ExxonMobil is seeking a dedicated Account Support Specialist to join our team in Lagos, NG. This is a part-time, remote position at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide support to key customer accounts by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction - Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to gather necessary information and provide timely responses - Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation for account management meetings - Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for account growth and retention - Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency in account management procedures
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 4 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a related field - Proven track record of building strong relationships with customers and internal teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
