Job Description:


Union Bank of Nigeria is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Account Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping to resolve inquiries and issues related to their accounts.


Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate information and assistance regarding their accounts - Process account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments - Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner - Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies when processing account transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as needed - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information - Assist in promoting and educating customers on banking products and services


Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or banking-related role - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software applications - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred
