Call Center Associate

Job Description:

As a Call Center Associate at Procter & Gamble Nigeria in Abuja, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and issues, and providing product information. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
