Remote Call Center Associate

TotalEnergies is seeking a Remote Call Center Associate to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and concerns - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues - Utilize call center technology and software to efficiently manage customer interactions - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery - Meet performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer service or call center role for at least 3 years - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Resilient and adaptable personality traits - Project management and presentation skills - High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or training preferred
