Job Description:
Cowrywise is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Call Center Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our remote call center operations and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our clients. This is a part-time position with the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center agents to ensure they are meeting performance goals and providing exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and productivity. 3. Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 4. Train and mentor call center agents to enhance their skills and knowledge. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management. 8. Create a positive and inclusive working environment for call center agents.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in call center management or a related field. 2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding call center performance goals. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Resilient and energetic personality traits. 6. Emotional intelligence and innovation in problem-solving. 7. Experience working in a remote or virtual call center environment. 8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
