Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team at Nestlé in Abuja, NG. This is a unique opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis, with the flexibility to manage your own schedule. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they provide top-notch service to our customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 2. Monitor call center metrics to ensure targets are met and productivity levels are maintained. 3. Develop and implement training programs to improve the skills and performance of the team. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Implement and maintain call center best practices to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 7. Analyze data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the call center remains competitive.


Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. 2. Proven track record of managing a team and achieving targets. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Independent and energetic personality traits. 5. Ability to work well in a team and promote innovation. 6. Flexibility to work from home and manage a remote team effectively.
