Call Center Officer

Job description:

SLB is seeking a reliable and dedicated Call Center Officer to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center environment. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, documenting customer interactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up with customers on their inquiries or to gather feedback on our products and services. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. 4. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department within the company. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues efficiently. 6. Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and call center procedures.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a call center environment. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strategic planning skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 5. Cooperative attitude to work well with team members and other departments. 6. Reliable and dedicated work ethic.
