Job Description:
Paystack is seeking a dedicated and passionate Call Center Officer to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions over the phone, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, assist with account inquiries, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer information. 4. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Meet or exceed monthly performance targets for customer satisfaction and call resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. 4. Emotional intelligence and the ability to remain calm under pressure. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 6. Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skills. 7. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. 8. High school diploma or equivalent required.
