Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Seplat Petroleum Development is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. This part-time position is entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a resilient and resourceful individual with exceptional negotiation and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. 2. Provide information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 8. Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 2. Strong negotiation and analysis skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Experience in customer service or call center preferred. 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
