Call Center Officer

Job Description:

ExxonMobil is seeking a part-time Call Center Officer to join our team in Port Harcourt, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Making outgoing calls to follow up with customers or provide information - Providing detailed information about products and services - Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions - Assisting with administrative tasks as needed - Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong cooperation and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience working in a call center or customer service role - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office - High school diploma or equivalent
