Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Halliburton is seeking a motivated and passionate Call Center Officer to join our team and work from home in Abuja, NG. As an Entry Level Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide updates - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Provide product and service information to customers - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within a timely manner - Process orders, forms, and applications - Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved - Work closely with team members to achieve individual and team goals - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - Motivated and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Strong decision-making skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
