Call Center Officer - Work from home

Farmcrowdy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Lagos, NG. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a confident and resourceful personality.

As a Call Center Officer at Farmcrowdy, your responsibilities will include:

- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing exceptional customer service and answering any inquiries or concerns they may have - Managing a high volume of calls and ensuring all customer interactions are handled efficiently and professionally - Conducting research and providing accurate information to customers regarding our products and services - Working closely with other team members to coordinate and prioritize tasks effectively - Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive attitude and representing the company in a professional manner

In addition to the above responsibilities, we are looking for candidates who possess the following requirements:

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent research skills to gather information and provide solutions to customer inquiries - Experience working in a call center or customer service role, preferably in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
