Job Description - Call Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:


Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a Call Center Officer to work remotely from home in Port Harcourt, NG on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of being adaptable and resourceful, as well as soft skills in strategic planning and adaptability.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently. 3. Utilize phone and computer systems to accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and promote a positive company image. 5. Stay up to date on product information and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Follow communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service interactions. 7. Meet individual and team performance goals to contribute to overall call center success. 8. Continuously improve call handling skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.


Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers over the phone. 3. Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to navigate multiple applications simultaneously. 4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology and processes as needed.
