Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team at Huawei in Ibadan, Nigeria. As an Associate Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through phone calls, emails, and online chat support. This position is part-time and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Handle customer orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals set by the company

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Resourceful and driven personality traits - Proficient in time management and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent required
