Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Fidelity Bank is currently seeking a motivated and resourceful Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Lagos, NG. As a part-time position at an entry level, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the banking industry without the need for prior experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding banking services and products. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 3. Maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation of all customer interactions. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers. 5. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong motivation to succeed in a fast-paced call center environment. 2. Resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer problems and issues. 3. Attention to detail in data entry and documentation. 4. Ability to think innovatively and propose creative solutions. 5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must have access to a quiet work space and reliable internet connection for remote work. 8. Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer skills.
