Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Airtel Nigeria is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for motivated individuals who are adaptable, possess strong critical thinking skills, and excel in people management.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, technical support, billing questions, and general customer service issues. - Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, managing their concerns, and finding solutions to meet their needs. - Utilize the company's CRM system to document customer interactions, follow up on inquiries, and escalate issues as needed. - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity. - Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and deliver exceptional service to customers. - Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficient in using computers and customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus but not required. - Must be motivated, adaptable, have critical thinking skills, and be able to manage people effectively.
