Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Ernst & Young is seeking a Call Center Specialist based in Abuja, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, possess strong research and time management skills, and exhibit a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services - Assist customers with resolving any issues or concerns they may have - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong research skills to quickly address customer inquiries - Exceptional time management skills to meet call volume and quality standards - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Confidence and motivation to excel in a challenging role
