Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at Kuda Bank in Port Harcourt, NG. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service over the phone to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and assist them with their inquiries, requests, and concerns. 2. Provide information about our products and services, as well as troubleshoot any issues that may arise. 3. Use effective communication skills to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent level of service is provided to all customers. 6. Meet and exceed targets for call volume, resolution times, and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements: 1. Passionate and driven individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service. 2. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for call center operations. 6. Must have a quiet home office environment with a reliable internet connection.
