Job Description:
Procter & Gamble Nigeria is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Ibadan, NG. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have excellent presentation abilities.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding Procter & Gamble products and services. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers, resolving any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Utilize company-provided software and tools to track and manage customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience. 5. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance job performance. 6. Take ownership of customer inquiries and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution. 7. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality standards set by the company. 8. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in using computer software and CRM systems. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. 6. Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home with a reliable internet connection. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 8. Bilingual in English and another language is a plus.
