Call Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Ernst & Young is seeking a dedicated and experienced Call Center Specialist to join our team as a remote worker in Abuja, Nigeria. This part-time position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and passion for providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients in a professional and courteous manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and targets - Utilize negotiation and presentation skills to upsell products or services when appropriate

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Hardworking and passionate individual with a positive attitude - Soft skills in negotiation and presentation - Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home with a reliable internet connection
