Job Description:
Konga Group is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support, addressing customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately. 2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times. 4. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues. 5. Update customer records and interactions in the CRM system. 6. Identify and report any trends or recurring issues to the management team. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Adhere to company guidelines and protocols for chat support communication.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or chat support role. 2. Reliable and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. 5. Innovative mindset with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes. 6. Experience in people management or leadership roles is a plus. 7. Experience using CRM systems or chat support software is preferred.
