Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description: MainOne is seeking a talented Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent support to customers through chat channels, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for customer service and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat channels - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and general support questions - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized support - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding performance goals - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Adhere to company guidelines and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and security of customer information

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Hardworking with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Cooperates well with team members and demonstrates emotional intelligence - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and chat support tools - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
