Job Description:
Lafarge Africa is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company. We are looking for a confident and energetic individual who possesses strong persuasion and people management skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers and address any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with customers. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience. 5. Utilize chat support software to efficiently manage customer interactions. 6. Work with other departments to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed. 7. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements: 1. No prior experience is required, but customer service experience is a plus. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools. 6. Must be comfortable working remotely and independently. 7. Confident and energetic personality, with a positive and resilient attitude. 8. Strong persuasion and people management skills.
