Job Description - Chat Support Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Sterling Bank is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Assistant to work remotely from home in Port Harcourt, NG. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is hardworking, driven, and possesses excellent presentation and attention to detail skills. As an Associate Level Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support interactions.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via chat support in a timely and professional manner. 2. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively. 4. Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. 7. Meet or exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and response times. 8. Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and tools. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 7. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
