Chat Support Associate

Job Description: KPMG Nigeria is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Lagos on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the Chat Support Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through chat platforms. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, and will possess the personality traits of being resourceful and motivated. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have strong soft skills in negotiation and time management.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through chat platforms to provide support and answer inquiries - Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively - Identify and escalate any issues or trends to the appropriate team - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication - Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Resourceful and motivated personality traits - Strong soft skills in negotiation and time management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
