Remote Chat Support Associate

MainOne is seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles and possess the personality traits of being dedicated and adaptable.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide professional, efficient, and proactive chat support to customers. 2. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on MainOne products and services. 3. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses. 4. Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvement. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. 7. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. 2. Excellent written communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Leadership and presentation skills. 6. Proficiency with chat support software and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
