9mobile is seeking a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As a part-time position at the Associate Level, we are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess personality traits such as resilience and drive, as well as soft skills in persuasion and creativity.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring timely and effective customer service - Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Develop training programs for chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer support strategies - Analyze chat support data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Implement chat support best practices to optimize the customer experience
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a chat support or customer service role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a remote team - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in chat support software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Resilient and driven personality with a passion for customer service - Soft skills in persuasion and creativity to effectively problem-solve and drive results
