Job Description:
IHS Towers is seeking a talented and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team in Abuja, NG. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents to provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of chat support agents to ensure excellent customer service - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor chat support performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement - Train and onboard new chat support agents - Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in chat support - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements: - Passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Hardworking and dedicated to achieving team goals - Demonstrated leadership skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills - Experience managing a team of customer service agents - Proficiency in chat support tools and technologies - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
