Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


SLB is seeking a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team in Abuja, NG. The ideal candidate for this mid-to-senior level position will have at least 6 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of chat support agents, monitoring chat support performance metrics, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance management - Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Develop and implement chat support processes and procedures to streamline operations - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and incorporate best practices into chat support operations - Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service or chat support roles - Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team effectively - Confident and resilient personality traits - Problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive working environment - Prior experience with chat support software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
