Job Description:
Dangote Group is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring exceptional customer service through chat interactions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong work ethic and reliability.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the chat support team, ensuring all customer inquiries are handled promptly and with a high level of professionalism. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Monitor chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing feedback and coaching to team members as needed. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 5. Analyze chat support metrics and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 6. Assist in hiring, training, and onboarding new chat support team members. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in chat support to continuously improve our services.
Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in a chat support or customer service role. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Knowledge of CRM software and chat support platforms. 5. Hardworking and reliable personality traits. 6. Adaptability and planning soft skills. 7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
