Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Chat Support Manager to join our team at KPMG Nigeria in Ibadan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our chat support team and ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. The Chat Support Manager will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high service levels.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and accuracy - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction - Analyze chat metrics and provide regular reports to management - Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in a customer service or chat support role - Strong analytical and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and motivate a team - Experience with chat support software and tools - Knowledge of customer service best practices
